You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. If a payment is made due to duplicate billing, technical error, or unauthorized transaction verified by Soul Healing AI, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
